North America (United States and Mexico):

  • We charge a flat fee for standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Mexico.

International Shipping:

  • For all other international destinations, we charge a flat fee for standard shipping.

2. Shipping Times

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Canada: 10-14 business days
  • North America (United States and Mexico): 14-21 business days
  • International: 14-21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours of processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Clasyq.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Clasyq.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping on Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
